TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, subscriptions, Discord community, trade alerts, and educational content provided by Trading Alphas, operated by Alphas Unlimited LLC ("Trading Alphas," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, joining our Discord server, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. ELIGIBILITY. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Trading Alphas is an educational community. All content, trade alerts, signals, commentary, and materials are the opinions of individuals and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or fiduciaries. Options and securities trading involves substantial risk, including possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance of any alert, member, or strategy is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information from our services.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. Paid memberships (including Alpha Tier) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and RENEW AUTOMATICALLY until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing cycle. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges. You can cancel at any time at tradingalphas.com/pages/manage-subscription; access continues through the end of the paid period. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. ACCESS AND MEMBER ROLES. Paid access is provisioned through Discord roles linked to your subscription. Providing an incorrect Discord username at checkout may delay activation; contact support and we will assist. Roles are removed automatically when a subscription ends, is cancelled, or a payment fails. Accounts and memberships are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY. All content provided through our services - including alerts, chat content, courses, videos, indicators, software, and branding - is owned by or licensed to Trading Alphas and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, forward, publish, resell, or otherwise share our content or alerts outside the community, whether for free or for payment. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.

6. COMMUNITY CONDUCT. You agree not to harass other members or staff, impersonate Trading Alphas staff or members, spam, solicit our members for competing services, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove any member at our discretion to protect the community.

7. TERMINATION. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms (including content sharing, chargebacks, or misconduct). You may stop using the services and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness of alerts, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that alerts will be profitable or timely, or that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Alphas and its owners, staff, analysts, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Alphas and its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES. You agree to contact us to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback. Illegitimate chargebacks are a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent removal from the community.

12. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES OR TERMS. We may modify the services, pricing for future billing periods (with notice), or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action against us.
