Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY - ALL SALES FINAL

Trading Alphas provides digital products and services, including subscription-based access to our trading community, real-time trade alerts, educational content, and Discord membership. Because you receive immediate access to digital content and services upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

1. NO REFUNDS. All payments - including initial subscription payments and recurring renewal payments - are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, partially used billing periods, dissatisfaction with trading results, or failure to use the service. Trading outcomes are never grounds for a refund; markets involve risk and no results are guaranteed.

2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. It is your sole responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again. All subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges; renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.

3. HOW TO CANCEL. You may cancel at any time at tradingalphas.com/pages/manage-subscription. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which access and your member role are removed automatically. No refund is issued for the remainder of the period.

4. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days of the charge at tradingalphas@gmail.com or by opening a support ticket in our Discord. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

5. CHARGEBACKS. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service. Accounts that initiate illegitimate chargebacks will be permanently removed from the community, and we reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of service delivery and acceptance of these terms.

6. STATUTORY RIGHTS. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

By purchasing any subscription or product from Trading Alphas, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
