Cancel or change your plan

Memberships from tradingalphas.com/pages/alpha-tier and every MomoX3 bundle are billed by our partner Clark Trading LLC (MomoX). Manage them in one place:

1. Open app.momox.io/subscription.
2. Enter the email you paid with and tap the 6-digit code we send. No password, no app.
3. Tap Cancel plan, add MomoX3, switch billing, or update your card. Access stays until the end of your billing period and nothing more is charged.

Not sure which email you used? On that page tap Continue with Discord and it finds the plan linked to your Discord.

Add MomoX3 to your Alpha Tier

Role missing or on the wrong account?

Roles are assigned automatically from the Discord username you typed at checkout. If one didn't land, fix it in a tap:

   Paid with a different email than your Discord, or typed the wrong username? Open the "Welcome" email from MomoX and tap Connect Discord. It reads your order and links the right account.

   Still stuck? Ask @SupportX3 in the Discord (DM the bot, or type /ask in #momox3-support) or open a ticket in #open-support-ticket. A human fixes it the same day.

If you subscribed on tradingalphas.com before October 2026, your card is on the Trading Alphas account. Use these instead:

Enter the email you paid with and Stripe emails you a sign-in link. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
