If you cancel, your Alpha Tier role in Discord is removed automatically when your billing period ends — and you are always welcome back.
Almost always it is one of two things — and both are easy to fix.
1. Make sure you actually joined the Discord server.
Your role cannot be assigned until you are in the server. Join here: discord.gg/wacmRAx — then give it a couple of minutes. Our system keeps checking automatically, so it will find you once you are in.
2. Check the username you entered at checkout.
It must be your Discord username (the lowercase @handle, like rigprints) — not your display name or nickname. To find it: open Discord, click the gear icon by your name at the bottom left, and look under My Account.
Still not sorted? We will fix it for you.
Open a support ticket in the Discord server (the #🎫·open-support-ticket channel) and tell us the email you paid with plus your correct Discord username. A staff member will link it and your role will appear — usually within minutes. You can also email tradingalphas@gmail.com.
You will not lose any paid time while this is being sorted out — your subscription is already active.
